In all my years of owning this stock (and holding) is the simple fact that IMHO the reason for IDCC's inability in securing the big licensees is that the indemnification process has been alive and well involving single and/or multiple players. This whole senerio appears to be playing out like the Wizard of Oz whereas the curtain is being slowly drawn back to expose some interesting manuvering. All IMO of course.
