to me their behavior is very normal....idcc is a threat to qcom on many many levels...moreso now on the doorstep of 4g than ever before....i know it and they know it....IMO qcom should be the one most "desperate" to buy idcc....the operable numbers are 25 to 16 ratio....not exactly the the approx 30 to 1 ratio we know currently experiencing!!!!
