Hi CF, my concern is that SKS won't decelerate the rate of hiring but will continually stay too far ahead of growth. W/o replacement of GM&BASF revenue contributions Q1 will be awful. Right now he's way too far out front and hiring still.

So ... per myself, the opportunity remains enormous and un-niche-like; whereas the performance remains gradual and unexciting, and suggestive that considerable obstacles still lie along Wave's path of progress.

Along the route Wave is on, the risk of going bust is low, the possibility of extreme acceleration cannot be ruled out but its timing is resistant to prediction (a guess of a decade may be as good as a guess of tomorrow), the increase in competition is inevitable given Wave's successes and NSA's and PWC's evangelism, Wave clearly has a whole bunch of investors sitting on the sidelines watching for the possibility of market confirmation (hence the volatility) but reckoning other opportunities are better in the short run.

I'm surprised Wave hasn't made stronger progress this year. But that is not to say my opinion may not change for the better if the rate of acceleration improves, which I still think it will at some point.
