Almost rented a beach house in Seabrook NH on Thursday - 9% NH tax on rentals. Moved a couple of hundreds yards south and rented in Salisbury Ma to escape from that regressive, socialist paradise of NH.

Things are tough in NH.

First, every muscle hurts from walking the property I'm focused on. I climbed down a steep, forested hill, then had to come back the same way. I must not be in very good shape since I'm feeling half dead today.

I thoroughly videotaped the property, but didn't remember until today that I hadn't a single still photo for you guys. It will take some time to get the pictures my wife and mom-in-law took, but I will post them when I can. I may even get some of my video posted to Youtube.

The property looks very good, though, and I intend to make an offer on it.

The prices here are brutal. I guess that's true everywhere, though. We went out for dinner last night and must have spent $9.99 a plate. The things I put up with!

At least it was tasty.
