It turns out, that when we can't sleep, there is a mild inflammation going on in our brains, that manifests as thinking endlessly about things while we try to sleep. Anti-inflammation medicines, like aspirin, advil, ibuprofen, aleve, and other NSAIDs, can give us a good night's sleep. The true restful kind, unlike what sleeping pills and alcohol give us. Good night.
