inflation has done what the neo-Keynesians expected. I guess that says their analysis may have some value.

Hi Cactus:

I meant the entire bailout, including liquidity provided and guarantees extended. The Obama Stimulus Package was too modest, but was less that 8% of the total bailout.

As you know, I use hyperinflation to mean inflation of the money supply without the economic activity to support it. So far there have been few effects, other than in precious metals. Not sure why. Inflation and deflation are very difficult to predict or understand.
