For someone making the claim you just did about being on your own and "hiring", I am wondering if you you gave them compensation packages that exceeded what you could afford?
How about "GREAT" medical insurance, family plans?

Just wanted to know what YOU considered wage and total compensation per employee was considered among you leftys as not being abusive toward employees.

ANY "employee" that feels like his employer isn't paying him /her enough to satisfy them CAN Quit AND GO FIND ANOTHER EMPLOYER THAT might FIT THEIR NEEDS.
ANOTHER SCENARIO, (WOW, YOU ARE GETTING two FREE SOLUTIONS) is that the unhappy employee quit and start their own business and then they can hire someone like them and see what they figure they can pay in total compensation.
IN America, you are not stuck at ANY place if you are unhappy. You can go start your own, take all the responsibility, all the risks, and go for it.
