KTC,
Once again I see you are incapable of answering a simple question. As for minimum wage, allow me to tell you what I know from personal experience.

When I was a kid, I worked for Levine's Dept. Stores. The wage was $1.15 per hour plus 3% of sales. We had two people who made more money per week than I did WHILE THEY WERE ON VACATION. Levine's had layaways and the commissions on layaway sales were based on the payments. Those two folks made many, many sales and so their commissions from layaways were more than 40 hours work a week. You got that? Are you following me so far? Then the minimum wage went from $1.15 to $1.25 per hour. Levine's had very low mark ups and sold 'cheap' stuff. That ten cents an hour was more than they could afford so they fired three people and did away with commission sales. Do you think that raise in minimum wages helped or hurt the employees? Explain it to me.
