Approval/Disapproval of "Congress" is a meaningless statistic - what matters is Approval/Disapproval within each representative's district and each senator's state. Obama, however, does get the focus of the nation's voters as a whole - and he's tanking badly and will continue to do so because he won't do what is necessary for the creation of jobs ... stop the government from spending money it doesn't have, drastically reduce government regulations, and get government the hell out of the way of everyday Americans who are the only ones who actually create jobs.
