I'm sincerely hoping metals will have a big shakeout. 10% would be nice, but the more the better. The situation now for me is that the more metals go down the more I win as gold down means dollars up & I am, unfortunately, more stuck in dollars than I'd like to be.

I've been pondering my mistakes and bases this morning. Even removing my beliefs of us dollar collapse, however, the math and recent evidence brings me back to 100% surety of dollar & empire collapse.

I keep trying to find a better framework for wealth creation than "doom and gloom" but it's hard when you are on the Titanic .... Now, if I was not proximate to the Titanic, life and sane investment

Wow! Gold plunged 40 points after it hit $1,683 this morning. Now $1,654.

I think this is in recognition of the fact that when the markets tank, gold drops too. Happened in 2008... It will happen with this recession too.

It's nice to be "long and strong" on gold. I've weathered too many of these, emerging each time stronger than before, to worry about another gold downturn.
