Hi CF, well you kinda hinted at that here http://www.atomicbobs.com/index.php?mode=read&board=317&sid=5520 so I'm not all that surprised. I wonder how Wave's salespersons are compensated. Is it significantly commission or mostly salary? I don't see a lot of turnover nor do I see a lot of sales. That leads me to believe that the salary is sufficient to retain salesmen that don't sell. So once again I return to poor operational management. Pay for performance.
Thx for the headsup.

Hi folks,

I'm lowering my optimismometer to a 7 with a further review at the end of the quarter.

I've decided that my fairly humble target of 4 deals in 2011 is unlikely. I find this surprising, given (a) they have made two major sales which ought to encourage others, and (b) that the CEO has claimed he has focused his expanding team (relative to sales) on major prospects. The safer presumption is that the ERAS product in its current condition is saleable only in occasional, isolated instances.

The optimismometer is disinclined to speculate on future products. If there is no visible progress by the end of this quarter, I'll lower another point.
