From day one, Data basically stated that Interdigital was not respected in the industry and any licenses were nuisance settlements. He may be an "expert" but he was WRONG from the beginning about this company. IMO, QCOM and its licensing tactics have made it very hard for Interdigital to get into the game. I agree with your post as it sums things up pretty well.

Data, don't confuse yourself as being one of "us" to garner some type of pace from the long term shareholders here.

Although knowledgeable in the technology, you are a trader and have used your status on that message board to manipulate sentiment. The impact is obviously debatable but it shows a lack of inherent class on your part. Who cares in which pile you are pulling your shares from ... you have used that board to enlighten others of your short term stock sentiment and this is very un-Christian like because of the selfish goal you want to achieve by posting as such.

Long ago you incorporated board rules from the QCOM board, one which specifically stated that there would be "no cheerleading, stock quotes, or discussions of short-term price movements or your own holdings..." yet when this conflicted with your own use of that board, ie. you putting up charts and your cryptic GLTA mularkey or you trading your traders today because the stock reached your price point ... you deleted that rule.

I'm not speaking for H48 or anyone else. I don't care. But you were a prick back in the day when you would snap at anyone asking for insight to a technology by saying "Look it up yourself" and are one today by sharing your short-term price movements and trading of your own holdings. It only benefits you, no one else.
