Absolutely CF, "trickle down," supply side economics has been proven TWICE to be an unmitigated failure. Clinton's admin proved it wrong and provided the first annual surpluses since (was it Eisenhower or Nixon). Bush II proved it wrong again w/ full GOP control and deficits exploded. But hey, let's go for it again. Sen. Kent Conrad suggests Googling "tax havens" that over $100,000,000,000 Billion a year in taxes is lost due to this loophole. Anybody really capable of unbiased thought knows, or should, that this deficit argument by the GOP is a ruse, a shame.

Isn't this what used to be called trickle down theory, and before that horse and sparrow theory? I prefer the latter, with the sparrow served the obvious for its dinner.
