won't vote for Sen. Reed's bill. I assume it takes 60 votes to pass because the GOP will filibuster. So the saga continues. Hell and all Americans be damned. I've oft said that to vote for a Republican for National office one has to "be either dumb or rich." I suppose it could be both but that lacks the same punch. I used to like a divided government, but it now only means gridlock. I wonder if the fist paychecks not to be paid could be for all those that work for Congress. If fact they should be the very last to be paid, if ever.
This is usually a fairly liberal board, so I wish CSL would post. This will surely have a negative impact on Real Estate. These Republicans are so disingenuous they're hiding truth behind the debt ceiling. This isn't about that in the slightest. It's all about shrinking Gov't and it's regulation. The debt ceiling is camouflage for the ruse. I wish I was there, I'd send the military on furlough and cancil all military contracts. Stupid, I know, but I really am mad as heck.
