Boy I'm really glad that we have the Dodd-Frank Act H.R. 4173 out there looking out for our best interests as uninformed stupid consumers. How did we make it without this now year old protection. Obama was right when he said back in July of 2010 that this Act was one of the most significant pieces of consumer protection legislation ever written!!!!
