I feel the same way about antitrust talk. Let the FTC review a sale. When a bid or deal gets announced, there will be ample time to sell at the corresponding level and let the arbitrage traders worry about that.
But it seems rather odd that U.S. antitrust regulators would disallow IDCC to be sold to Apple or
Google considering its patent portfolio is either "indefensible", "unmonetizable", or "non-blocking".
