TC: Kent and I are not puzzled at all. William B. Plummer used to work for Nokia until 2010 as VP Governmental and Industry Affairs. He's not puzzled. He's touting the same line he did with Nokia. No wonder IDCC filed suit "during negotiations". SOS - They were finally called on it!
we've been able to string these guys along forever...we figured that we could do so indefinitely...and then finally settle for peanuts....im PUZZLED as to where our strategy went wrong
