Maybe we should ask D-"what the books don't know"-Miller on iHub that question. He says he has been through this exact same thing before... not once, but 3 times.
do you know of any precedent for suspending the CC in this situation? Does this lead you to believe that a possible acquirer would ask that the calls be suspended? Thanks for any info.
