one only needs to look at what happened to Batts after getting the hammer from CAFC. She promptly awarded the full amount to IDCC.

after same dude talks each time. He is truly miller's puppet master. I actually find it a little humorous b/c it's almost like clockwork.
on the other hand, i haven't ever seen Loop this euphoric and upbeat about idcc's prospects ever, even when the price was 47 right after the Nortel auction.
