teecee, I've been invested and overweighted in this stock since I first was told around 1999-2000 that it was a "baby qualcom". The percentages I've held over the years have changed, and for several years was "all in" until an investment advisor made me feel like an idiot, and I went against my gut, and knowlegde of the company (gleaned from following this and Jimlur's MB over those years) and lightened up a bit. I'm not looking back as I still have a good chunk invested as I've never lost the faith. I don't post because I have little of value to offer about the merrits of IDCC as an investment, so I read.
Anyway, mucho thanks to you and many others for the insights you provide. I hope to meet all the regulars at one of the milestone celebrations after this plays out. I have one question as to how quickly this process is developing.
Although it appears that Google might have the most interest, won't the board keep the process going as long as others (Apple, Msft, et al) are speaking with our financial advisors as they try to put together the best deal to enhance shareholder value? You seem to believe a deal will be done by the end of the summer. Is that correct?
