this is really a no brainer situation in which to make money.....the absolute bare minimum is what was paid to nortel...thats 90 per share....add back the cash 750myn...and the engineers and patent staff..approx 250 people....and then you can make a case that 6byn is a bare bones bid

Without owning patents and paying 10B to another company in royalties they have nothing more to show for the 10B. If they paid 10B instead for IDCC they own patents. They saved 10B in royalties and have all types of opportunities to continue to develop and patent those inventions and maybe license other companies and collect royalties. Seems like a no brainer to me.
