I take it to mean, goog thought they would win and are a little cranked they didn't because their andriod software will carry a tax without offsetting IP.

teecee...I am still a little slow....do you mean unhappy they have to do something to address the lack of IPR being they lost nortel auction, that there are other bidders,that news is out publicly about it? maybe all of the above??
