Hai Phong harbor was a sore spot with me. The Rooskies, the Chinks and the French used it to resupply the N Viets for the entire war and nobody thought it might be a good idea to do anything about it. They could have at least mined it or sunk an old scow (maybe hillary) in the mouth of the harbor to stop it up. We was skeered that if we used good sense, people wouldn't like us.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
