Don't mean to be rude to the King, but wish to point out that what you said IS pretty close to the way it is currently. The exception of course is that MANY of us have armed ourselves to protect our families and homes form all those armed thugs, drug dealers the federal government supplies with military weapons, and of course, the ATF, FBI, and other thuggish organizations.
