One can only hope that this incident is not yet another POSTER case for the DISARM American Citizen's crowd.
I am sorry for the officer that was shot. This does not mean though that citizen's do not have the right to bear arms. Bad things happen even to good people. There is a reason for it.
I only keep my weapons in the home for self defense. I never carry them or go "shooting" with them. I know how to use them with lethal force.
As a citizen, I have the right to have arms.
Long live the Constitution of the United States.
