We have a shot at more showers today and tomorrow. A tenth of an inch does not even settle the dust. I will have to water one of Mom's trees. I cannot let it die. It is the last of several that my brother planted many, many years ago. Mom may not even remember he planted it. He brought in several branches and stuck them in the ground. Three rooted but this is the last one alive. It is probably 20 feet tall. The other two were along the street and got about ten feet tall. I think the state highway department sprayed them with weed killer.
