...when the prices go up, the demand goes down. When the demand goes down you reduce the number of mouths you have to feed in the production department. You must remember that businesses aren't the gubmint. They cannot raise prices and then use guns to make you pay the new rate.

Why are they having mandatory days off? They should just raise their prices - Simple Winger Economics.
