ribit, I was offered a job in management but the job was in New Jersey and I had worked with some not too bright management. The job was too far from home, I thought I would be able to stay in Dallas, and I liked what i was doing, solving problems.

...there isn't enough money in the world to get me to associate with the kind of people you have to deal with on a daily basis in management. My brief stint in management was a real eye opener.
