ROTFLMAO! It wasn't "Big Business" that got all of the new Conservatives elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate in 2010, clo ... it was a groundswell of the American people who are fed up with the usual politics in Washington, D.C. The majority of the American people want the bankrupt federal government to quit spending like a drunken sailor, and if the politicians don't heed this clarion call, many of them will have the message clearly delivered to them in 2012. Since more than 60% of federal spending is for "entitlements" and interest on the debt, then Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid need true reform and the government needs to quit increasing its profligate borrowing.

Big Business (the ones who supported these hard nose politicians last Nov) sent them a letter letting them know they will NOT get their support unless they raise the debt ceiling.
The Washington Post has the article. clo
