The double talk will catch up to them one day. The whole FRAND thing is out the window from what I have been reading in regards to rates asked. Couple that with the Nortel auction etc and FRAND arguments will be impossible with regards to Interdigitals rates. I cant believe there are some "experts" stating that getting everyone licensed now and then "ask" for an increase later is any kind of strategy. That is a joke. The Nokis If we think we have a hard time getting people to sign now, try asking for an increase, just ask LG. The backseat experts always know what is best.
what really gets my goat...is that at the same time the big-boys are wielding patents as a weapon of war against each other....they are simultaneously still trying to fuck the small patents owners....by painting them as trolls and such
