As you look, you see Murdoch occupying exactly the position of lobby organisations in the US. Control that has been as invisible (or at best murky) as it has been pervasive and insidious.

But unlike the US lobbyists, who appear to control US government from numerous corporate sources, the weakness of NI as a cancer on the body politic is that it is controlled by a single organisation. And that unique organisation, the scope of its control and its methods are exposed. Finally.

News International is a unit of News Corp. News Corp owns Fox News. orda oughtta be all over this one. Just my opinion, but there appears to be a relevant question as to whether someone who presides over this kind of enterprise is fit to be a media proprietor.
