I have been saying all along that we have quite a few shorts hanging around at ICRY. I too believe that if you are confident in a positive outcome at the CAFC and have word that the Nortel auction could get aggressive why sign a license before those events. If Merritt signed EVERYONE up for say $.50 per phone before a positive ruling came out and before the Nortel results were known. You would have all the same idiots that want to hang management lining up to sue because we gave away the farm...
