what the pessimists dont understand is that the knife cuts both ways....how do you think LG feels now that nortels decidedly lower value patents have been transacted for 4.5byn and they could have signed already....it becomes pretty easy for idc to establish a value for their portfolio at that point north of 5 byn....which can be used in legal proceedings....idc asking for 100myn per year to use 5byn dollars worth of patents.....actually sounds VERY REASONABLE FOR LG
