I am of the opinion that an avalanche of licenses are dammed up behind a settled nokia rate, which would create an enormous cash flow. This opinion was fortified by LG holding back a license renewal which happened during the CAFC appeal period. If LG had renewed, I would have agreed with you in a heart beat. But as they didn't, well...it just looks like everything is linked.

Settle nokia...BEAT nokia and we are off. That's the way I've seen it since '03, see it today, and will until LG, MOT, SE, and alike license.
