my point is that, IMO, nok may no longer be selling phones in the near future, 1-3 years so there would be "no" cash flow/income from nok. imo, they will not make a dent in the smart phone market with mobile 7....and, it iwll take at least that amount of time if not longer in court since that is where things will end up if IDCC wins the ITC appeal..
