...yer *Marts wanted to close all their stores in neighborhoods where theft made em unprofitable. This was of course "racist". The proposed solution was to charge enough for merchandise in other neighborhoods to cover the losses.

Yeah, but the rational decision not to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to open a branch in a black neighborhood where there are not enough credit-worthy residents to make the branch's existence worthwhile is considered "racist" by the Democrats. Look at the 4th and 5th paragraphs under the heading "DOJ Demands 'Disclosure'" in the article.
