clo, such is life. The weather works in cycles, controlled mostly by the influnce of the sun. We need to learn to plan ahead and remember the past. There is a low in the Gulf but I don't think it will build up strong enough to bring us much if any rain. In the mid 1950's, Waco built a new dam on its lake that allowed the lake to more than double in size. I suspect they are doing better this time around. West Texas needs to figure out a different source of water.
