Is your position that Scott Peterson shouldn't have been convicted? Or is the "cause of death" rule you're now citing one that only applies when the suspect is female?
I *have* noticed a bit of sexism in your viewpoints, clo. You almost always seem to side with women... unless they're REPUBLICAN women, of course.
