I already stated, listening to the prosecution I was ready to have her face the death penalty.
The defense refuted their case.
Obviously, 12 members of the jury agreed, along with an alternate who spoke out.

The loss of Laci's wanted child added to the horror of her death. Your snide comment is uncalled for.

I have a bias, we all do, I admit mine.

Of course you can. I guess you've forgotten the case of Scott Peterson, on death row in San Quentin for the death of wife Laci and an unborn child, Connor (I know: not a crime in your book.)

Is your position that Scott Peterson shouldn't have been convicted? Or is the "cause of death" rule you're now citing one that only applies when the suspect is female?

I *have* noticed a bit of sexism in your viewpoints, clo. You almost always seem to side with women... unless they're REPUBLICAN women, of course.
