...taxing the rich would be alright if it would work, but it won't. When you punish an activity people stop doing it. If the govt takes a bigger share of my investments then I wuit investing. If I can increase my profit margin more by downsizing than I can by building, that's what Im gonna do and that's what most everybody else in business is going to do.
