This is what I said in an earlier post. Apple settled with Nokia to set the bar for their license from Nokia for the Nortel patents. Nokia was cheering but I think they got our played. Apple now has a benchmark to either get a quick license from Nokia on similar terms or they will take them to court ASAP.
