I'm glad to hear you are seeing the flickering light. It's there to be seen. Wave look overdue for a major healthcare deal to me (an NHS region?), as well as a defence deal (someone like BAE or Boeing) and a professional service firm choosing TPM+SED+ERAS (EY?).
I find it's easy to get my long run perspective influenced by short run events. That's why I do annual revenue and major order guesses (and stick to them) and move my optimismometer value only occasionally. It's my attempt deliberately to escape the trap of stock prices, reporting deadlines etc, which tend to make one think panicky thoughts - I've been around this space long enough to know that no one knows much of anything that isn't in the public domain.
By the way, my guess is a minimum of four major deals and a maximum of ten, depending on whether the environment changes in Wave's favour.
Hi CF, your post, I presume to be a follow on alluding to BCBS of NJ, and others today such as major gov't contractors successfully completing pilot projects has resulted in my optimeter rising. ExP's posting of the banner ad also provides encouragement. If true, it appears that your ~5+ big deals for this year may happen. Cynic that I've been, I now seem to be seeing what appears to be a dim distant flicker of light. Please hurry "Speedy" with the "plop plop, fizz, fizz."
