I agree wholeheartedly, particularly if certain bidders among the chosen few are unsuccessful in their attempt to secure Nortel's patents.
With the consolidation in the industry and the perceived rush to acquire IPR by the large OEM's, IMO we'll benefit to some degree while we wait for a NOK ruling.
This summer should prove to be more appreciative than what we saw over the last couple of years. It can't come soon enough for many of us and would be a nice distraction from the macro environment.
