Wen: Hard to Keep China Inflation Below 4%

HONG KONG—It will be hard to keep China's inflation rate under 4% this year, but it's possible to cap it below 5%, China's Premier Wen Jiabao said on Hong Kong's Television Broadcasts Ltd. Monday.
China should be able to keep gross domestic product growth above 8%, Wen said on TVB in London. He didn't give a timeframe.
