50% on capital gains and 0% on personal income would produce a remarkable return to sanity..and, likely, to the Constitutional system of limited Central government which America was founded upon.

Michele Bachmann on Face the Nation, wants 0% tax on Capital Gains.
I think Pawlenty is on the same page.

Another republican claiming "no taxes" is the key to a healthy economy.... please.

With the manner the market is manipulated, I'd like a 50%+ tax on Capital Gains. clo
