That sounds about right. Years ago I told one of the past city managers that we needed to build a desalinazition plant on the Gulf and pump the water up here. In the good years our wells give us plenty. In the current drought, the water is getting very hard (minerals).

...in a recent court decision, the rainwater that falls on the state of georgia does not belong to the state of georgia. Atlanta cannot expect to get water from the chattahoochee river (only source) because the mussells down in florida might need it.
