The supreme court changed his sentence to life, the courts then ordered texas to reduce the number of inmates in jail so the pardons and parole board set him free. He raped and murdered another woman. Texas did the right thing the second time. IMHO, the pardons and parole board shoulda been strapped to the next hellbound gurney.
