...they had a guy on deathrow in texas. I forget his name, but he had raped and murdered a woman. The supreme court changed his sentence to life, the courts then ordered texas to reduce the number of inmates in jail so the pardons and parole board set him free. He raped and murdered another woman. Texas did the right thing the second time. IMHO, the pardons and parole board shoulda been strapped to the next hellbound gurney.

I'm watching MSNBC, they have a program on about the chainsaw masacre murderer Kleason from Texas.
After being convicted & on deathrow, a technical issue overturned the case. After nine years, on other charges he was let out, moved to England & married a penpal (she thought he was a medal of honor hero & CIA guy) she didn't know his history.
