each time we've gotten to this level ...we've had success....its unfortunate that we always seem to wind up at the last chance saloon....but i attribute that to all the chicanery that goes on at the lower court level ...from sanders to lynne to the icc arbitration which cut nokias debt in half arbitrarily..to batts to alston birds perfect record at the ITC....the lower courts have not been kind to idc..lets hope this one goes to form
