Yes, this guy has been around the block with us. I am following only 3 analysts right now. They happen to be the 3 judges assigned to our case at the CAFC. We certainly had one of the best prepare and argue our side of the case. Nothing is sure in litigation. I have been waiting on judges to issue rulings for 40 years.
